65m Expedition Yatch Design Contract

By Delta Marine , ,

Delta Marine is proud to announce a new project, the basic design contract for a 65m expedition yacht to be built in RMK Marine Shipyard. The concept design was developed by Canada-based ER Yacht Design, and Delta Marine is responsible for the basic design process, including the preparation of hull structure drawings requiring Class approval, piping system schematic drawings, mechanical ventilation diagrams, propulsion and maneuvering systems, and FEM analyses. The yacht is expected to be completed in 2025 and will be built to under Lloyds Register class with Polar Class standards. The yacht will be constructed with all-welded steel, using D and D40 grade steel, and will feature a helicopter deck on the aft part of the bridge deck. The vessel will also have one submarine for exploration. Her power will come from two diesel-electric engines, providing exceptional performance and efficiency. The yacht will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms, along with a crew of 20. Delta Marine is excited to work on this innovative project, delivering high-quality design services and exceptional engineering solutions to ensure a successful outcome.
