HULL
HULL MATERIALS
The vessel to be constructed throughout of steel plates and sections of approved shipbuilding quality, tested and approved by the Classification Society. All elements within the Cargo Tanks, elements on shell-plating, elements on liquid fuels bulkheads, elements on open-decks and elements subject to Class requirements to be welded on double-continuous.

EQUIPMENT FOR CARGO
CARGO SPACE DEFINITION
TYPE OF CARGO SPACES
Epoxy coated cargo tanks integrated in the structure separated by longitudinal and transverse corrugated bulkheads and independent slop tank on deck.
NUMBER OF CARGO COMPARTMENT
12 Cargo Tanks + 2 independent slop tanks on deck.
MAX CARGO DENSITY
1.54 t/m³

CARGO MANIFOLDS
Cargo tank manifold lines are designed so that each manifold is located at the corners of an equivalent triangle. Manifold valves are operated from catwalk.
DECK CRANES FOR CARGO
GURDESAN, Cargo Hose Crane SWL 3 t, 14.5 m / Provision Crane, 2 t, 6.5 m.
CARGO SYSTEM
Cargo manifold system is designed so that 14 different substances can be loaded at the same time. Also a unique substance can be loaded / unloaded to/from all tanks by means of the two common lines located aft and fore of cargo manifold. Cargo system can be controlled from cargo control room by means of the cargo monitoring system, converters, and valve remote control system.
CARGO DISCHARGE CAPACITY
Capable of discharging 6 tanks at the same time in full capacity.
CARGO PUMPS
MARFLEX, 11 x 200 m³/h, 1cst, 110 mlc, 2 x 60 m³/h, 1cst, 110 mlc, Deepwell electric driven (fixed) / 1x70 m³/h, 1 cst, 65 mlc, hydraulically driven (portable)
CARGO PIPES & FITTINGS
Cargo pipes are joined butt-welded type full penetration. Valve and spool pieces connections are to be of the neck flange (DIN2633 PN16).
CARGO SYSTEM VALVES
BOLACO, PV Valves / ECONOSTO, Remote Operated Hydraulic Valves
SEPARATE STRIPPING SYSTEM
Stripping is done by using compressed air when substances can not face to contact the air i.e. oxygen. Stripping pipe material is stainless steel, AISI 316L
FREEZING, REFRIGERATING & HEATING SYSTEM FOR CARGO
All cargo tanks and the slop tank are fitted with heating coils. The area of heating coils ensure to keep the HFO cargo temperature at 66 C while air temperature -10 C, sea water temperature 0 C and heating up rate 4.4 C/day. Heating coil and support materials inside tanks are stainless steel 316L.
INERT GAS SYSTEM
Inert gas generator supplies the inert gas with a capacity of 1500 m³/h that is satisfying the required rate for simultaneous unloading operation of 6 cargo tanks. Inert gas is produced by burning of fuel oil and generated exhaust gas is cleaned by a counter current spray of sea water.
TANK CLEANING SYSTEM
24 x 9.8 m³/h at 10 bar, 2 x 8.5 m³/h at 10 bar single nozzle size 10 mm, fixed machines. 14 m³/h at 10 bar, portable cleaning machine.
