CARGO SYSTEM
All cargo tanks and slop tanks have separate pumping and piping system which should not pass through other cargo tanks. Six (6) segregation to be provided. Loading pumps shall not be working while cargo discharging operation. Cargo system can be controlled from cargo control room by means of the cargo monitoring system, hydraulic power pack and valve remote control system.
CARGO DISCHARGE CAPACITY
1200 m³/hr , System is capable of discharging 6 tanks at the same time i.e. 1200 m³/hr, as the total theoretical discharging capacity of 6 cargo pumps at pump outlet flange.
CARGO PUMPS
FRAMO, hydraulic driven, 12 x 350 m³/h, 2 x 100 m³/h (fixed) / 1 x 70 m³/h, hydraulic driven (portable)
CARGO PIPES & FITTINGS
From each cargo and slop tank, one drop line to common filling line to the manifolds to be provided. The main filling line and branches to each cargo and slop tank to be of stainless steel AISI 316L (SCH10S). Each cargo tank is arranged with one separate discharge line, all stainless steel AISI 316L SCH10S. All crossover lines in the cargo manifold are connected to each other via spool pieces to allow circulation and connection between all cargo tanks.
CARGO SYSTEM VALVES
Each cargo and slop tank to have one DN200 filling/discharging butterfly valves inside cargo tanks.
FREEZING, REFRIGERATING & HEATING SYSTEM FOR CARGO
Thermal oil to be used as heating media. All cargo and slop tanks to be fitted with single loop heating coil, of stainless steel AISI 316L. Heating pipes on deck to be of insulated stainless steel (AISI 316L).
INERT GAS SYSTEM
A nitrogen bottle room with main piping from cargo tanks to this room to be provided based on 20 bottles of 50 ltr each at 200 bar.
CARGO VENTILATION SYSTEM
The cargo tanks are to be breathed through balance loaded non-hammering pressure vacuum valves. The valves to are connected to tank hatch coamings for respective cargo tank. The material of valve housing to are of nodular cast iron with stainless steel internals. The valves are fitted with stainless steel flame arrestor. Except through the pressure vacuum valve the tank is able to breath through a gas freeing cover of cast iron body and stainless steel wire gauze.
TANK CLEANING SYSTEM
For cargo tanks cleaning purpose, two (2) fixed tank cleaning machines are fitted to each cargo tanks. In addition, two units of portable tank cleaning machines are provided. Each cargo tank is fitted with one tank-washing hatch for portable machines. These tank washing hatches for portable machines, are also to be used for ventilation/gas freeing.
