HULL
HULL MATERIALS
The vessel to be constructed throughout of steel plates (Mild Steel -Grade A) and sections of approved shipbuilding quality, tested and approved by the Classification Society. All elements within the cargo tanks and all elements subject to class requirement to be welded on doublers pieces.
EQUIPMENT FOR CARGO
CARGO SPACE DEFINITION
TYPE OF CARGO SPACES
Epoxy coated cargo tanks integrated in the structure separated by longitudinal and transverse corrugated bulkheads and independent slop tanks on deck.
NUMBER OF CARGO COMPARTMENT
10 Cargo Tanks + 2 Independent slop tanks on deck.
MAX CARGO DENSITY
1.54 t/m³
CARGO MANIFOLDS
Cargo tank manifold lines are designed so that each manifold is located at the corners of an equivalent triangle. Manifold valves are operated from catwalk.
DECK CRANES FOR CARGO
GURDESAN, SWL 5 tons, 13 m cargo crane / SWL 2 tons, 7 m provision crane.
CARGO SYSTEM
Cargo manifold system is designed so that 12 different substances can be loaded / 6 different substances unloaded at the same time. Also a unique substance can be loaded / unloaded to/from all tanks by means of the two common lines located aft and fore of cargo manifold. Cargo system can be controlled from cargo control room by means of the cargo monitoring system, converters, and valve remote control system.
CARGO PUMPS
MARFLEX, 11 x 125 m³/h, 110 mlc, deepwell, electric driven (fixed)
CARGO PIPES & FITTINGS
The material of the cargo pipe and flanges is St Steel 316L 1.4404. DN 25 x sch 5s, for stripping pipes, DN150 x 3.0 mm for cargo discharge, filling, manifold pipes, DN250 x sch 5s for common and stern pipes. Except valve, spool pieces etc connections cargo pipes are joined butt-welded type full penetration. Valve and spool pieces connections are to be of the neck flange (DIN 2633 PN16 316L).
CARGO SYSTEM VALVES
Each cargo tank manifold lines has 2 pcs DN150, PN16 stainless steel 316 butterfly valves for port and starboard connection. Each common lines also has 2 pcs DN200, PN16 stainless steel 316 butterfly valves.
SEPARATE STRIPPING SYSTEM
There is a separate DN25 stainless steel 316L pipe between the cargo pump stripping flanges and manifold lines connected between manifold flange and manifold valve. There is also a by pass between beyond manifold discharge valve and stripping lines. An air/nitrogen valve is fitted on manifold lines for stripping cargo pipe lines. A snap on coupling also fitted stripping connections. Additional stripping connections is fitted on cargo tank 2,1 P&S between pump discharge valve and manifold close to pump discharge valve to strip these lines while the ship trimmed to aft easily.
INERT GAS SYSTEM
Nitrogen system is designed so that to fill 95% ullage volume of all cargo tanks and slop tank at the same time. Nitrogen main pipes connected to each tank cargo access hatch by means of the flexible hoses. System contains, nitrogen bottles, valve cabinet. System is also used for stripping and purging purpose as well.
CARGO VENTILATION SYSTEM
A fixed gas freeing fan and line is fitted on deck. Gas freeing fan capable of ventilating 2 cargo tanks at the same time, is located inside deck house main deck level. Gas freeing fan is anti-sparking type and its electric motor is suitable ex-proof type. Fixed gas freeing lines is DN300. Gas freeing lines are connected to the cargo tank portable tank cleaning hatch by means of the flexible hoses nominal diameter is DN300. Gas freeing fan is 7000 m³/h 1000 Pa. Heater capacity 100 kW with thermal oil in-outlet 140-180 C.
TANK CLEANING SYSTEM
SCANJET, each tank has 2 fixed machines, 14 m³/h at 10 bar, nozzle size 10 mm jet depth 14 m. One nozzle level, machine lenght 1500 mm including DN50 ball valve with camlock male coupling.
