CARGO MANIFOLDS
The vessel cargo manifold to be installed amidships. All manifold flanges must be "ANSI 150 STANDARD". Type of manifold is crossover. Flanges of manifold valves PN-16. ANSI 150 standard flanges are used.The manifolds are connected together and to the stripping system via a 3" pipeline valves.

CARGO SYSTEM
Cargo system is designed to provide five (5) complete segregations. All tanks provided with 3” discharge and drop line. Each pairs of pumps connected to a 5” line. Crossovers at manifold. Common cross over 8”. Minimum required backpressure 8 bar.

CARGO PIPES & FITTINGS
Piping system and valves to be made out of stainless steel ASI 316-L or AISI 316-TI. All cargo related pipes are to be electrically bounded to each other and to ships hull. All cargo and stripping piping to be made of stainless steel AISI 316-L or AISI 316-TI.
CARGO SYSTEM VALVES
Cargo valves in cargo tanks fully stainless steel executed ball or butterfly type. Valves after pumps to be manually controlled from the center catwalk by means of an extension rod. Butterfly valves that are installed outside of the cargo tanks may be made out of cast steel.
SEPARATE STRIPPING SYSTEM
WILDEN, M-15 type, stainless steel execution with TEFLON membranes and ball valves, capacity about 40 m³/h, separate stripping pump for this purpose to be placed in the pump room. In the cargo stripping arrangement, piping, pump and filters are made of stainless steel.
FREEZING, REFRIGERATING & HEATING SYSTEM FOR CARGO
Stainless Steel heating coils.
INERT GAS SYSTEM
Cargo system to is fitted with an inert gas line system. Existing in a 2" line, 1" valve and quick connection for each tank, and 1" valve and quick connection on cargo tank access trunks. Lines, valves and connections to be made out of stainless steel 316L. 2" line to be connected to a crossover at manifold. Minimum 2 pcs of 1" hose set to be delivered. This system is intended to be used with pressurized nitrogen, stored in bottles for padding on each tank.
