HULL MATERIALS
The vessel to be constructed throughout of steel plates and sections of approved shipbuilding quality, tested and approved by the Classification Society. D120All elements within the Cargo Tanks, elements on shell-plating, elements on liquid fuels bulkheads, elements on open-decks and elements subject to Class requirements to be welded on double-continuous.
EQUIPMENT FOR CARGO
CARGO SPACE DEFINITION
TYPE OF CARGO SPACES
Epoxy coated cargo tanks integrated in the structure separated by longitudinal and transverse corrugated bulkheads and integrated slop tank in cargo area.
NUMBER OF CARGO COMPARTMENT
12 Cargo Tanks + 1 integrated slop tank
MAX CARGO DENSITY
1.54 t/m³
CARGO MANIFOLDS
Cargo tank manifold lines are designed so that each manifold is located at the corners of an equivalent triangle.
DECK CRANES FOR CARGO
GURDESAN, Cargo Hose Crane SWL 5 t, max. outreach 16 m / Provision Crane, SWL 2.1 t, outreach 6 m.
CARGO SYSTEM
Cargo manifold system is designed so that 13 different substances can be loaded / unloaded at the same time. Also a unique substance can be loaded / unloaded to/from all tanks by means of the two common lines located aft and fore of cargo manifold and stern loading / unloading manifold. Cargo system can be controlled from cargo control room by means of the cargo monitoring system, converters.
CARGO DISCHARGE CAPACITY
1200 m³/h
CARGO PUMPS
MARFLEX, 12 x 200 m³/h 110 mlc, 1 x 120 m³/h, 110 mlc, Deepwell electric driven (fixed) / 1 x 70 m³/h, 1 cst, 100 mlc, hydraulically driven (portable).
CARGO PIPES & FITTINGS
All cargo pipes to be of stainless steel, AISI 316 L. DN 25 x sch 5s stainless steel welded 316L 1.4404 for stripping pipes, DN150 x 3.0 mm stainless steel welded 316L 1.4404 for cargo discharge, filling, manifold pipes, DN250 x sch 5s stainless steel welded 316L 1.4404 for common and stern pipes. In addition stainless steel 316L welded tees, eccentric/concentric reducers, elbows, blind flanges, neck flanges, clamps and fasteners are used.
CARGO SYSTEM VALVES
DANFOSS, Each cargo tank filling and discharge lines have hydraulic, remotely operated, single action butterfly valves. Material of the valves is stainless steel 316. Each cargo tank manifold lines have 2 pcs DN150, PN16 stainless steel 316 ball valves with gear box for port and starboard connection. Each common lines have 2 pcs DN250 PN16, stainless steel 316 ball valves with gear box. Stern loading/unloading line has 2 pcs DN250, PN16, stainless steel 316L butterfly valves.
SEPARATE STRIPPING SYSTEM
For manifold aft tanks (CT 6, 5, 4 P&S); there is a separate DN25 stainless steel 316L pipe between the cargo pump stripping flanges and manifold lines connected between manifold flange and manifold valve. There is also a by pass between beyond manifold discharge valve and stripping lines. An air/nitrogen valve is fitted on manifold lines for stripping cargo pipe lines. Fore manifold fore tanks (CT 3,2,1 P&S, slop tk); there is only stripping pipes between pump stripping flange and beyond discharge valve. An air /nitrogen valve is fitted on these tanks manifold lines for stripping manifold lines.
FREEZING, REFRIGERATING & HEATING SYSTEM FOR CARGO
Stainless steel heating coils, thermal oil.
INERT GAS SYSTEM
UNITOR, Nitrogen system is designed so that to fill 95% ullage volume of all cargo tanks and slop tank at the same time. Nitrogen main pipes connected to each tank cargo access hatch by means of the flexible hoses. System contain 14 pieces of 50 lt, 200 bar nitrogen tubes, control cabinet.
CARGO VENTILATION SYSTEM
BOLACO, All cargo tanks and slop tank have separate controlled tank venting system which is pressure/vacuum valve system. This system keeps the tank pressure 0.20 bar and vacuum 0.07 bar maximum.
TANK CLEANING SYSTEM
SCANJET, Tank Cleaning Machines / AALBORG, Tank Cleaning Heater
